Lead Accounts Receivable

Overview
The Lead Accounts Receivable professional supports billing and collections while providing day‑to‑day guidance to the AR team. This is a hands‑on role that balances individual contributor work with team oversight, accuracy, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice Single Family builders and service customers

  • Submit billing through GC platforms (Supply Pro, AIA, Textura, or similar)

  • Apply cash, reconcile accounts, and manage collections

  • Support and review AR team work for accuracy and timeliness

  • Serve as escalation point and assist with training and onboarding

  • Identify and implement process improvements

  • Support month‑end close, audits, and documentation requests

  • Assist with W‑9s, COIs, customer setup, and filings as needed

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of accounts receivable or billing experience

  • 2+ years of team lead or supervisory experience

  • Construction billing experience required

  • Strong knowledge of AR and collections processes

  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office

  • ERP experience (e.g., Great Plains) preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills

  • Provides clear direction and constructive feedback

  • Balances personal workload with team support



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
