Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing organization in Buckhead Atlanta. This role is responsible for managing the full accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections, accurate cash application, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash application, and collections
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
Apply payments accurately and reconcile customer accounts
Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and account setup
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and payment activity
Assist with month-end close activities related to AR
Support reporting and analysis related to receivables and cash flow
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or billing
Strong understanding of AR processes, collections, and cash application
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data tracking, reporting)
Experience with accounting or ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour
