Accounts Receivable Specialist

Are you an experienced AR professional looking to make an immediate impact? Our client, a respected manufacturing company on Cleveland’s west side, is seeking a contract Accounts Receivable Specialist to help support their finance team during a transitional phase. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys managing the full receivables cycle—from invoicing to collections and reconciliation.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounts receivable including invoicing, payment application, and collections.
Apply incoming payments accurately and reconcile customer accounts.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and missing remittance details.
Communicate with customers to clarify outstanding balances and ensure timely resolution.
Generate aging reports and assist with AR reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of full-cycle accounts receivable experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills for customer and internal interactions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
