Accounts Receivable Specialist – Nashville, TN
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Fully Onsite
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire or Contract (customize as needed)
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing Nashville company. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with high‑volume receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
Manage aging reports and perform collections outreach as needed
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Prepare AR reports for management
Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment issues
Assist with month-end close tasks related to AR
Qualifications:
1–3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with AR software (any system welcome — QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work fully onsite Monday–Friday
