Accounts Receivable Specialist – Nashville, TN

Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Fully Onsite
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire or Contract (customize as needed)

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing Nashville company. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with high‑volume receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner

  • Manage aging reports and perform collections outreach as needed

  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

  • Prepare AR reports for management

  • Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment issues

  • Assist with month-end close tasks related to AR

Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience with AR software (any system welcome — QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work fully onsite Monday–Friday
