LHH is partnering with a company in the distribution industry that is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to help for the next three months. This individual will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, recording payments, managing collections, and supporting the finance team with reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of previous accounting experience, is self-motivated, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service. This position is fully onsite in the south Seattle, WA office.

Responsibilities:
- Issue invoices and statements to customers.
- Record, track, and reconcile payments.
- Monitor accounts and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Resolve billing disputes and answer customer inquiries.
- Prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
- Degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years’ experience in accounts receivable or related accounting roles.
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to function accurately in a high-volume environment.
- Temporary for three months.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Fully in office in Seattle, WA.
