Accounts Receivable Specialist-W. Palm Beach

Our client in W. Palm Beach is seeking an onsite, direct hire AR Specialist to manage invoicing, documentation, and collections in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures shipments are billed accurately, documentation is aligned (BOLs, shipping docs), and AR is actively managed.

Highlights:

• Up to $75K

• 100% onsite | Monday–Friday, 8–5

• Hands-on role with billing/resolving issues, AR aging, and cash applications/applying & reconciling payments

Requirements:

• 2+ years of billing/AR or accounting support experience

• Strong Excel + ERP skills

• High attention to detail with documentation and reconciliation
