LHH is currently partnering with a well-known organization in the Lutherville, MD area to bring on a Temporary Administrative Assistant. This role is designed to provide immediate administrative support and help the HR team and broader organization stay organized and efficient.
Location: Lutherville, MD
Duration: 3+ months (Temporary)
Pay: $24–$28/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 5 days/week, onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support team operations.
Prepare, format, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
Maintain high-level Word skills for document creation, editing, and formatting.
Assist with filing, organizing, and other day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
Work closely with local teams to ensure smooth workflow and support urgent requests.
Required Skills:
Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working on-site in the office.
