Our NYC based client is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior professionals in a fast‑paced, professional services environment. This role is integral to daily operations and contributes to overall team efficiency and effectiveness.

Excellent benefits are offered plus a generous annual bonus.

The role requires you to be in office 5x/week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference logistics

  • Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries

  • Process and track expense reports

  • Maintain contact lists and administrative documentation

  • Assist with event coordination, including conferences and investor‑related meetings

  • Collaborate with an administrative support team to ensure consistent service coverage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3–5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a professional office environment

  • Experience in financial services or a related industry preferred

  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
