Our NYC based client is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior professionals in a fast‑paced, professional services environment. This role is integral to daily operations and contributes to overall team efficiency and effectiveness.

The role requires you to be in office 5x/week.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference logistics
Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
Process and track expense reports
Maintain contact lists and administrative documentation
Assist with event coordination, including conferences and investor‑related meetings
Collaborate with an administrative support team to ensure consistent service coverage
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
3–5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a professional office environment
Experience in financial services or a related industry preferred
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay Details: $109,999.00 to $125,000.00 per year
