Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams
- Respond to inquiries and assist with day-to-day communication and coordination
- Support scheduling, documentation, and general office tasks
- Quickly adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Utilize internal systems and software with confidence and efficiency
- Be available to work onsite as needed when physical materials or samples arrive

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
