LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant in St. Louis, MO to provides day-to-day operational and administrative support to leaders and teams.
 
Title: Administrative Assistant
Type: Direct Hire/Permanent
Location: St. Louis, MO
 
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 annual

Job Description:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and prepare materials.
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems; protect confidential information.
  • Support travel arrangements, expense reports, mail distribution, and office supply ordering.
  • Assist with event planning, team communications, and ad hoc administrative projects.
 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year(s) of administrative/office support experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders or a fast-paced team environment.


Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
