Job Description:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and prepare materials.
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems; protect confidential information.
- Support travel arrangements, expense reports, mail distribution, and office supply ordering.
- Assist with event planning, team communications, and ad hoc administrative projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 1+ year(s) of administrative/office support experience (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting multiple leaders or a fast-paced team environment.
Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
