Accounts Payable Accountant

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team! This role will focus on processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices and payments

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers

  • Assist with credit card reconciliations and expense tracking

  • Support the accounting team with administrative and clerical tasks

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all AP transactions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of accounting experience or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude
