Accounts Payable Specialist
Requirements/Must have skills: construction experience, 3 years +, longevity
Experience & Technical Skills
Previous accounts payable experience strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems (Jonas, Procore recommended)

Proven track record of meeting deadlines within structured accounting cycles
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction

Hours: Fully in office 8am-5pm
