Job Title: Member Care Asset Management Specialist
Location: Sacramento, CA (On-site)
Pay Rate: $26/hour
Duration: 6-month assignment
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am–6pm

Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to support our collections and member care team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and negotiation skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work with members to resolve delinquent auto loans, coordinate repossessions and reinstatements, and manage vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and negotiate with members to resolve delinquent accounts and establish repayment plans.

  • Handle repossession, reinstatement, redemption, and vehicle sale processes.

  • Coordinate with vendors and manage auto auction sales.

  • Process proceeds, refunds, and payments related to repossessed vehicles.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Assist with escalated member calls and support departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 3+ years of collections experience, preferably in a financial institution.

  • Experience with auto finance, delinquent loans, repossessions, and claims processing.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

  • Call center or member service experience preferred.



Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
