Assistant Account Manager
LHH Recruitment is partnering with a small insurance company in Phoenix. This company is in search of a full time Assistant Account Manager to support their licensed representatives. This job is Monday-Friday, 7am-430pm, fully onsite. The salary is between $45,000-$60,000 and is heavily determined on your relevant industry experience and licenses.

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a small insurance company in Phoenix. This company is in search of a full time Assistant Account Manager to support their licensed representatives. This job is Monday-Friday, 7am-430pm, fully onsite. The salary is between $45,000-$60,000 and is heavily determined on your relevant industry experience and licenses.
The ideal candidate has a background in insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative and service support to licensed sales reps
- Process policy changes, renewals, certificates, and endorsements
- Communicate with carriers to resolve service issues and obtain policy information
- Assist with quoting and proposal preparation
- Maintain client records and documentation in agency management systems
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support account managers with client follow-ups and retention efforts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a commercial insurance agency or related customer service role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management software (preferred)
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work fully onsite at our Phoenix office, Monday through Friday
