Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies

  • Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and journal entries

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Support audits (internal and external) and act as a key point of contact for auditors

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements

  • Review complex accounting transactions and provide technical guidance

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting

  • Mentor and support accounting staff; assist with training and performance development

  • Support special projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred

  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience

  • Prior experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements

  • Experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation

  • Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel (ERP experience preferred)

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment




Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
