A growing industry leader is seeking an Assistant Controller to oversee accounting, billing, AR, and AP operations while partnering closely with regional leadership to drive process improvements, system enhancements, and financial performance.
This is a highly visible role for a hands-on accounting leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving operational challenges—not just closing the books.
What You'll Do
Lead month-end close and financial reporting activities
Manage and develop a team across Accounting, AP, AR, Collections, and Billing
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system implementations
Improve billing accuracy, collections performance, and working capital
Partner with operations leaders to analyze results and improve profitability
Play a key role in a major billing system transformation and reporting modernization
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience
Strong background in month-end close, financial analysis, and operational accounting
Experience leading accounting, billing, AR, or AP teams
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and automation experience are a plus
CPA or MBA preferred

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
