Job Title: B2B Collector (Contract to Hire)
Location: Scotsdale, AZ (On-site)
Pay Rate: $25hr per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time
Company Overview:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Collector to join our team on a contract basis. This role focuses on heavy business-to-business collections, working with aging reports, managing credit approvals, and negotiating repayment plans. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and excel in managing AR collections, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-volume B2B collections, managing aging accounts and maintaining positive client relationships.
Review and analyze aging reports, prioritizing collection efforts for delinquent accounts.
Negotiate repayment plans with clients to ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances.
Manage credit approvals and monitor credit limits in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and escalate as needed.
Maintain detailed records of collection activities and payment arrangements.
Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and analyzing AR data.
Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B collections experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, reporting).
Experience handling aging reports, credit approvals, and negotiating repayment terms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
