LHH is partnering with a client in Thomasville searching for a B2B Customer Service Representative to join their team! This role is contract-to-hire, onsite M-F 8-5 and will be paying $20-22/hr. Must have B2B customer service experience to be eligible for this role!
Responsibilities:
Manage orders for assigned client accounts from start to finish
Receive new orders via email, phone, or EDI
Enter specifications into ERP system
Communicate with internal departments including sales and production regarding inventory/availability
Update any order or pricing changes in real time
Communicate with client regarding any delays in lead time
Act as point of contact regarding any damages, returns, and/or replacement items
Qualifications:
Must have B2B customer service experience
Must have experience with Excel and ERP system
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multi-task
Furniture/manufacturing industry experience preferred
