LHH is partnering with a client in Thomasville searching for a B2B Customer Service Representative to join their team! This role is contract-to-hire, onsite M-F 8-5 and will be paying $20-22/hr. Must have B2B customer service experience to be eligible for this role!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders for assigned client accounts from start to finish

    • Receive new orders via email, phone, or EDI

    • Enter specifications into ERP system

    • Communicate with internal departments including sales and production regarding inventory/availability

    • Update any order or pricing changes in real time

    • Communicate with client regarding any delays in lead time

    • Act as point of contact regarding any damages, returns, and/or replacement items

Qualifications:

  • Must have B2B customer service experience

  • Must have experience with Excel and ERP system

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Furniture/manufacturing industry experience preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
