LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company near the Phoenix Airport who is in search of a benefits administrator to join their team! This position is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The salary range is between $65,000-$75,000 DOE.

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company near the Phoenix Airport who is in search of a benefits administrator to join their team! This position is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The salary range is between $65,000-$75,000 DOE.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs and ensuring a high level of service and support for employees. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing benefits and is highly proficient with HRIS systems—experience with UKG is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other voluntary benefits
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and provide timely, accurate support
- Coordinate open enrollment processes, including communication, system updates, and employee education
- Maintain and update benefits data within HRIS systems (UKG strongly preferred)
- Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and ensure accuracy of enrollments and deductions
- Partner with vendors and brokers to resolve issues and improve plan offerings
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to benefits (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation related to benefits programs
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and applicable regulations
- Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) highly preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
