Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Environment: Full-time, onsite
Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview
The Benefits Coordinator will support the administration and day-to-day operations of employee benefit programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role will work closely with HR, payroll, and external vendors to manage benefits enrollment, leaves, and related processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, 403(b), LTD, STD, and related offerings
Support payroll and benefits coordination to ensure accurate deductions and enrollments
Assist employees with benefits questions, enrollment changes, and life events
Coordinate and track leaves of absence, including FMLA, PFL, and related programs
Maintain benefits data and documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Liaise with benefits vendors and insurance providers as needed
Support audits, reporting, and ongoing process improvements
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on benefits experience
Experience administering benefits such as 403(b), medical plans, LTD, STD, and payroll coordination
Previous exposure to FMLA, PFL, and related leave programs
Experience using Paycom is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work full-time onsite in a fast-paced environment
