LHH is conducting the search for a Sr Benefits/Payroll Analyst to join the team of a well known professional services group located near Gwinnett County!  For immediate consideration, qualified candidates should forward resumes to: michelle.brewer@lhh.com

Responsiilities:

  • Full cycle benefits acumen to include reconiliations, compliance
  • Payroll processing for up to 500 employees
  • Partner with brokers, carriers, and vendors to evaluate benefit offerings, negotiate renewals, and ensure cost-effective plan administration.
  • Review and reconcile monthly benefits invoices, eligibility files, and vendor billing to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
  • Analyze benefits utilization, trends, and costs
  • Coordinate retirement plan administration, including 401(k) enrollments, audits, compliance testing, and employee education.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, system implementations, and organizational changes related to benefits administration.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recent benefits/payroll experience
  • Experience with benefits audits and compliance reporting.
  • Experience managing brokers and third-party administrators.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
