Bilingual Account Manager
Customer Service & Support
LHH is seeking a Bi-Lingual Account Specialist with a strong background in international logistics and customer service to support a manufacturing company’s export operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage international customer accounts and shipments to Latin America
Generate export documentation (e.g., bills of lading, customs paperwork)
Coordinate freight and shipping container logistics
Collaborate with plant and shipping teams to ensure inventory readiness
Use proprietary ERP software to process orders (training provided)
Apply strong Excel and computer skills to manage data and workflows
Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Experience in manufacturing logistics preferred over distribution-only backgrounds
Familiarity with international shipping and customs documentation
Strong Excel proficiency and general computer aptitude
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams
Comfortable in both office and plant environments
Work Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
30-minute lunch breaks
Initial training period will be fully onsite
Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
