LHH is seeking a Bi-Lingual Account Specialist with a strong background in international logistics and customer service to support a manufacturing company’s export operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage international customer accounts and shipments to Latin America

  • Generate export documentation (e.g., bills of lading, customs paperwork)

  • Coordinate freight and shipping container logistics

  • Collaborate with plant and shipping teams to ensure inventory readiness

  • Use proprietary ERP software to process orders (training provided)

  • Apply strong Excel and computer skills to manage data and workflows

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

  • Experience in manufacturing logistics preferred over distribution-only backgrounds

  • Familiarity with international shipping and customs documentation

  • Strong Excel proficiency and general computer aptitude

  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams

  • Comfortable in both office and plant environments

Work Hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM

  • 30-minute lunch breaks

  • Initial training period will be fully onsite

 



Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
