Bilingual Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing insurance agency on the south side of Indianapolis to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) for a contract to hire opportunity. This is a support focused role—no sales—ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast paced insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide customer support primarily over the phone, with occasional face to face interaction
• Communicate with customers in both Spanish and English
• Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Process customer payments
• Submit and manage proof of insurance forms
• Support commercial insurance accounts with accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in an insurance agency
• Experience with commercial insurance lines strongly preferred
• Comfortable speaking with customers and handling detailed documentation
• Strong computer skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Open to obtaining an insurance license if not already licensed

• Compensation: $18–$24/hr depending on experience
