Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant

Southwest Indianapolis | Onsite | Contract-to-Hire | $21–$25/hr

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant for a growing company on the southwest side of Indianapolis. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, people-focused, and fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and support daily HR activities
• Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Translate during orientation and HR meetings
• Help order and maintain office and onboarding supplies
• Support HR leadership with administrative tasks
• Eventually lead bilingual new hire orientation

Requirements

• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable translating in group settings
• Some college coursework preferred
• Previous administrative or customer service experience is helpful
• Must work onsite Monday–Friday, day shift (flexible start times)

Pay & Schedule

• $21–$25/hr depending on experience
• Full-time, onsite
• Monday–Friday, day shift
• Contract-to-hire

 



Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per week
