LHH Recruitment is partnered with a growing corporate office in Phoenix, AZ that is looking to bring on a Contract to Hire Bilingual (Spanish) Human Resources Coordinator to their team. This is an onsite, Monday through Friday, full-time position. Pay range is $20.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience.

This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and candidates, delivering a high level of customer service in both English and Spanish while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and candidates, responding to inquiries in both English and Spanish regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Coordinate and administer new hire onboarding, including employment documentation, I?9/E?Verify processing, background checks, and orientation support
  • Maintain accurate and up?to?date employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with record?retention requirements
  • Assist with employee relations matters by documenting issues, routing concerns appropriately, and supporting investigations as directed
  • Support benefits administration activities, including enrollment, changes, and employee questions related to medical, dental, vision, COBRA, and leave programs
  • Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets related to headcount, turnover, compliance, and audits
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support interview coordination, offer letter processing, and pre?employment activities
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour, leave of absence, and workplace policy requirements
  • Translate HR documents, communications, and forms between English and Spanish as needed
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communications
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information
  • Perform additional HR administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) – required
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
