Bilingual Human Resources Office Manager – Kearny Mesa, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Human Resources Office Manager to join our clients’ team in Kearny Mesa, CA. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting all aspects of HR operations while providing excellent administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HR and office contact for staff, handling inquiries in English and Spanish
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping
Support recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
Maintain accurate employee records and HR files, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting, coordinating with external vendors as needed
Facilitate staff communications, training, and employee engagement initiatives
Provide general administrative support to leadership and HR management
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Proven experience in HR, office management, or administrative roles
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/Payroll systems (experience with ADP preferred)
Detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
Position Details:
Onsite work schedule
Direct hire role
Compensation: $25.00-$29.00 per hour DOE
Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego
Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm PST
