Bilingual Human Resources Office Manager – Kearny Mesa, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Human Resources Office Manager to join our clients’ team in Kearny Mesa, CA. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting all aspects of HR operations while providing excellent administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR and office contact for staff, handling inquiries in English and Spanish

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping

  • Support recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations

  • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting, coordinating with external vendors as needed

  • Facilitate staff communications, training, and employee engagement initiatives

  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and HR management


Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • Proven experience in HR, office management, or administrative roles

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/Payroll systems (experience with ADP preferred)

  • Detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion

Position Details:

  • Onsite work schedule

  • Direct hire role

  • Compensation: $25.00-$29.00 per hour DOE

  • Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego 

  • Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm PST
