Bilingual Office Coordinator – Kearny Mesa, San Diego, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Bilingual Office Coordinator to join our client’s team in Kearny Mesa, San Diego. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting daily office operations while providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing professional and friendly support
Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in both English and Spanish
Coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Help ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
1–3 years of office coordination, administrative, or customer service experience
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
Professional, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail
Position Details:
Onsite work schedule
Direct hire role
Compensation: $25.00-$29.00 per hour DOE
Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego
Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm PST
