Bilingual Office Coordinator – Kearny Mesa, San Diego, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Bilingual Office Coordinator to join our client’s team in Kearny Mesa, San Diego. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting daily office operations while providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing professional and friendly support

  • Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in both English and Spanish

  • Coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records

  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

  • Help ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment


Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • 1–3 years of office coordination, administrative, or customer service experience

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems

  • Professional, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail


Position Details:

  • Onsite work schedule

  • Direct hire role

  • Compensation: $25.00-$29.00 per hour DOE

  • Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego 

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm PST
