Bilingual Operations Assistant – Escondido, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bilingual Operations Assistant to join our client’s team in Escondido. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting day-to-day business operations while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and document management

  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and assist customers in both English and Spanish

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and internal communications

  • Assist with tracking inventory, orders, and operational reports

  • Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company procedures

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations


Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • 1–3 years of administrative or operations experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines


Position Details:

  • Onsite work schedule

  • Contract to hire role

  • Compensation: $24.00-$27.00 per hour DOE

  • Located in Escondido, San Diego 

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm PST
