Bilingual Patient Scheduler – Onsite in Chicago IL (South Loop)

LHH is seeking talented, bilingual call center candidates with fluency in Spanish and experience in healthcare. Our client is needing multiple candidates on a contract-to-hire basis, to assist in their central scheduling department. These positions will start ASAP!

Summary,

  • Hiring method: Contract to Hire / Temp to Perm

  • Location: 100% onsite – Chicago – South Loop

  • Hours: 40 hours/week

    • Monday-Tuesday, 8AM-5PM

    • Wednesday 8AM-7PM

    • Thursday 8AM-4PM

    • Saturday: 8AM-1PM

Responsibilities include,

  • Taking phone calls from patients in a call center environment

  • Assisting English or Spanish-speaking patients with appointment scheduling

  • Verifying insurance and patient demographic information

  • As needed, assisting front desk staff with patient check-in/check-out

Qualified candidates will possess,

  • Fluency in English and Spanish languages

  • 1 or more years' of experience in Medical Front Office, Medical Call Center, or related

  • Nextgen software experience (preferred)

  • Proven track record of reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
