Bilingual Project Administrator

A growing organization in La Jolla, San Diego is seeking a Bilingual Project Administrator for a temporary contract opportunity expected to last approximately four months. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
The Bilingual Project Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to project teams, assist with scheduling, coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, track deadlines, and communicate updates to internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Job Duties:
Coordinate and support daily project operations for a busy office environment in La Jolla, San Diego
Maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation to ensure deadlines are met
Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and clients in both English and Spanish
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and project updates
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate conference calls or virtual meetings
Track project progress and provide administrative support to project managers and leadership teams
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files with accuracy and confidentiality
Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Support data entry, invoice tracking, and other clerical duties as assigned
Ensure all project documentation is completed and updated accurately
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
1+ years of administrative or project coordination experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
Professional demeanor and strong customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Position Details:
Temporary contract role expected to last approximately 4 months
Located onsite in La Jolla, San Diego
Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm PST
Compensation: $25.00-$27.00 per hour DOE
