Job Title: Billing Clerk

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Pay Rate: $22-$24Hr

LHH is seeking a Contract to hire Billing Clerk for a client in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail in the accounting department and the ability to manage a high volume of invoices efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process a high volume of invoices accurately and timely.

  • Handle billing adjustments and reconcile discrepancies as needed.

  • Process refunds and ensure all related documentation is properly recorded.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or invoicing issues.

  • Maintain organized and accurate billing records in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
