LHH is working on behalf of our fantastic client in Boston, Massachusetts who has an immediate Billing Coordinator staffing need. This role is in the office 5 days/week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, resolve and respond to billing discrepancies and escalate issues

  • Reviews, edits and finalizes pre-bills in response to requests

  • Process write-ups, write-downs, and bill adjustments

  • Updates billing profiles on client and matter level

  • Assists in processing e-bills (creation, upload, approval acceptance)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Associate degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years billing experience in a law firm, consulting or professional services organization required.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, follow-up skills, and high attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable in a fast paced environment. be a team player and ability to multi-task.

Salary $60K-$70K DOE
