Billing Coordinator

LHH is working on behalf of our fantastic client in Boston, Massachusetts who has an immediate Billing Coordinator staffing need. This role is in the office 5 days/week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research, resolve and respond to billing discrepancies and escalate issues
Reviews, edits and finalizes pre-bills in response to requests
Process write-ups, write-downs, and bill adjustments
Updates billing profiles on client and matter level
Assists in processing e-bills (creation, upload, approval acceptance)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Associate degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years billing experience in a law firm, consulting or professional services organization required.
Exceptional organizational skills, follow-up skills, and high attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable in a fast paced environment. be a team player and ability to multi-task.
Salary $60K-$70K DOE
