Legal Billing Specialist

A regional law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist in their Cerritos office. This position will be working with a team of billing specialists to generate, review and edit pre-bills and final invoices for clients and attorneys. This is a an exciting opportunity with a well-established and growing law firm.
Responsibilities
Review and edit monthly pre-bills for clients and attorneys.
Communicate closely with the team to accommodate special terms and adjustments.
Electronically redact and transmit client invoices.
Perform e-billing tasks.
Create monthly reports and reminder statements.
Qualifications
2 years of e-billing experience within a legal department.
Knowledge of Aderant or another legal billing software a plus.
Ability to work onsite on a full-time basis.
The compensation range for this position is $75,000-$100,000. Additional benefits include health benefits (medical, dental, and vision), Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care, 401(k) match, profit sharing plan, and 16 vacation/sick days to start.
