Billing Specialist (Onsite | Tulsa, OK)

A well-established and professional office in Tulsa is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team. This is a fully onsite opportunity offering stability, a business casual environment, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage high-volume billing accurately and efficiently

  • Handle electronic billing through client portals

  • Review invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely submission

  • Maintain billing records and support month-end processes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing data

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of electronic (EDI) billing

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Professional communication skills

  • Available to work full-time, onsite - Monday-Friday

Work Environment:

  • Onsite in Tulsa

  • Business casual dress code

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $22–$24/hour (direct hire)
