Billing Specialist/Auditor

Overview
Support accurate freight billing and invoice auditing across trucking and logistics operations. This role partners with dispatch, carriers, and internal teams to ensure correct billing and timely revenue for outbound shipments from warehouses, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and audit freight invoices for trucking, logistics, and 3PL services
Resolve billing discrepancies and support freight audits
Handle transportation-related A/R activities
Enter and manage orders in TMS/ERP systems
Review BOLs, rate sheets, contracts, and shipment documentation
Collaborate with dispatch, carriers, and warehouse teams to resolve issues
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight billing
Experience with freight invoicing, audits, or A/R
Order entry or sales order processing experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using ERP, TMS, or logistics billing system
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
