We’re partnering with a growing company in Knoxville, TN to hire a Bookkeeper for a fully onsite, temp‑to‑hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on accounting experience who’s looking for stability and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including AP and AR
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Maintain accurate general ledger entries
Assist with month-end close
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Support payroll preparation as needed
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Partner with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy
Qualifications
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong understanding of AP/AR and reconciliations
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
Solid Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work fully onsite in Knoxville
