LHH Recruitment is working with a respected financial services firm in North Scottsdale that’s seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a full-time, fully onsite role offering a competitive salary and the chance to work in a professional, fast-paced environment. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closings
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with accountants and other finance team members

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Experience with payroll processing and tax preparation is a plus

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
