Business Immigration Coordinator

LHH is looking for a Business Immigration Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire) for a law firm in Wexford, PA – North Hills (5 Days Onsite) $18-$21/hr.
These roles will be part of a high-volume, production-based operations team focused on the front-end immigration case initiation process. This is not a traditional paralegal role, but a process-driven, detail-intensive production position within a structured workflow model.
Position Overview
The CPPOC Operations Processing & Production team executes high-volume, repeatable, non-legal immigration processing tasks with precision, speed, and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
During the initial pilot phase, team members will help validate and refine workflows before full-scale production begins.
Key Responsibilities
Initial Pilot Phase
Execute test workflows to validate task sequencing and production logic
Stress-test handoffs, timing dependencies, and queue structures
Assist in refining SOPs, task routing, and acceptance criteria
Conduct time-and-motion workflow studies
Validate system readiness and workflow tools prior to go-live
Support documentation updates and process improvements
Ongoing Production Work
Perform high-volume intake, form population, data validation, and document assembly
Follow defined SOPs and quality control standards
Maintain data accuracy, formatting consistency, and file integrity
Utilize workflow platforms and case management systems
Conduct quality checks and escalate discrepancies
Maintain organized audit trails and documentation
Support ongoing operational improvements
Required Skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet SLA targets
Strong organizational and task-tracking skills
Comfortable working within workflow and case management systems
Adaptable in a fast-paced production environment
Strong written communication skills
Experience
1–3 years in shared services, administrative support, back-office operations, or similar environments preferred
Experience in data entry, document processing, or forms-based environments highly beneficial
Work Environment
5 days per week onsite in Wexford (North Hills area)
Part of a newly built shared services center
High-growth site with significant anticipated hiring volume in coming months
