Location: Norwood, Ohio
Pay: $18–19/hour
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday
Type: Contract-to-hire
Work Environment: Hybrid
We are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in the Norwood area. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (50–70+ daily)
Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a professional manner
Document all interactions accurately in the system
Process transactions and navigate multiple systems efficiently
Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Must have prior high-volume call center experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with multiple systems and data entry
Reliable and professional with strong attendance
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
