Call Center Representative

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a corporate organization near the Mesa/Tempe order. This company is looking to add a call center representative to their expanding team. This job is Monday-Friday with a 6am start time. The hourly rate is $21/hr.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional service across both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) interactions.
You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound phone calls and emails while delivering accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a professional and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Assist both B2C and B2B customers with inquiries, order status, account questions, and issue resolution
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes
- Document all customer interactions in the system with a high level of detail and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer needs
- Maintain strong knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
- Experience supporting both B2C and/or B2B customers is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently meet attendance expectations
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
