Key Responsibilities
Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
Provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and escalate issues when appropriate
Document call details, customer interactions, and resolutions accurately in internal systems
Follow established call scripts, policies, and quality standards
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive customer information
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous call center, customer service, or phone‑based support experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask, remain organized, and work efficiently under pressure
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and standard office software
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
