Pay: Up to $16/hour
LHH is a third?party recruiting partner supporting a national client in the expansion of their customer support team near Pittsburgh, PA. We are seeking energetic, dependable, and customer?focused Call Center Representatives who thrive in a fast?paced environment and enjoy helping others.

Position Overview
As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and document each interaction thoroughly. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience on every call.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle high?volume inbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns accurately
- Document call details clearly and consistently in the system
- Follow all compliance, quality, and performance standards
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership
- Meet or exceed metrics related to attendance, call quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills: clear, confident, and friendly
- Ability to multitask in a high?activity environment
- Comfortable learning new systems and software
- Dependable, punctual, and self?motivated
- Ability to work onsite near Pittsburgh, PA
