LHH seeks a Caseworker in DTLA. As a key member of the team, you’ll support the Subsidy Child Care Program, which helps families stabilize their child care arrangements while they work, attend job training, or participate in welfare-to-work activities. You’ll provide case management, connect families with quality care, and ensure program compliance—making a meaningful difference every day.
 
 What You’ll Do

  • Implement all functions of the Subsidy Child Care Program, ensuring eligible families receive timely support in finding and funding quality child care.

  • Provide personalized support to parents, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with program guidelines.

  • Communicate effectively with families, providers, and internal teams to promote program awareness and accessibility.

  • Use Windows and Microsoft Office Suite to manage documentation and reporting. Network experience is a plus.

  • Work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.


 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field (preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in child development preferred 

  • A minimum of 2 years working in a non profit 

  • Experience in Resource & Referral (R&R) or Alternative Payment Programs (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfort with technology and case management tools



Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
