Cash Receipts Specialist
LHH is assisting with a search for a Cash Receipts Specialist for a Legal Client in Kansas City, MO. This position will work a hybrid schedule with pay starting at $70k annually and going up with experience. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Cash Receipts or Treasury experience in legal or professional services.
Responsibilities:
Process daily client payments with accuracy and timeliness
Manage and monitor online banking activity
Research and resolve client payment history inquiries
Reconcile incoming client cash receipts
Support general accounting functions as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in accounting, finance, or legal billing with at least 2-3 years in Treasury or Cash Receipts
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with online banking platforms and accounting software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
