If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing, well-established and, most importantly a very stable corporation, we need to talk!  We are assisting a construction client with their search for a talented CFO.  This company is looking for a passionate and accomplished leader to help improve upon their current accounting operations through automation and process improvement initiatives.  They are a family-owned business with a great internal culture and looking for someone that can add value to the business and the culture.  This is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary of $250,000-275,000 plus bonus and they are fully in-office 5 days a week.

 

Responsibilities include:

·       Financial leadership of an established construction operation

·       Manage a team of 7 in the day-to-day accounting

·       Responsible for strategic and operational financials; financial reporting, budgets, etc.

·       Work closely with Controller on financial and non-financial initiatives

·       Serve as a resource for process re-engineering and implementation

 

 

Requirements:

·       Current or recent CFO level experience

·       Public accounting experience required, CPA highly preferred

·       Must be a true finance leader, someone that can serve as a strategic partner to leadership, but also inspire the accounting team to perform at the highest levels

·       Construction industry background required

·       Experience working within a growing company
