LHH is seeking a Change Management Specialist I to support enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives for our client.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Parking: Not provided
Duration: Temp-to-Hire (through April 2026)
Pay Rate: $70–$75/hr
About the Role
This role will be instrumental in driving change management strategies across HR functions, with a strong focus on digital HR tools and platforms such as Oracle HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
You’ll work closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to assess impacts, coordinate rollout strategies, and promote adoption of key programs. This is a strategic role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Organizational Change Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change management efforts across assigned HR domains.
Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to assess change impacts and develop tailored strategies.
Design and implement comprehensive change management plans including:
Stakeholder engagement
Communication strategies
Training and enablement programs
Organizational readiness assessments
Resistance management
Support deployment and optimization of digital HR tools and platforms.
Measure and report on change effectiveness, adoption rates, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with internal communications and learning teams.
Plan and activate HR functional campaigns and events.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in Change Management, especially within enterprise HR technologies.
Proven experience with Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
Strong familiarity with change strategies for system implementations, process redesign, and end-user adoption.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Immediate Disqualifiers
No experience in Change Management or HR technology platforms.
Poor stakeholder engagement or communication abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Communications, Adult Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Ideal Candidate Traits
Agile, adaptable, and collaborative.
Skilled in visual and written storytelling.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay Details: $70.00 to $75.00 per hour
