LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a privately held construction related firm to identify a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role will serve as the senior finance leader for a multi-entity operating environment and partner closely with ownership and executive leadership during a period of continued growth and maturation. This is a CFO opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys improving processes, leading by example, and building structure.

This role is open due to growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial leadership across accounting and finance functions

  • Oversee financial reporting, close, and internal controls

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

  • Guide job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition processes

  • Partner with operations and leadership on financial insights

  • Drive process improvement and scalable financial practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience

  • Prior leadership experience in a construction or project-based environment

  • Strong understanding of GAAP, WIP, and job costing concepts

  • Hands-on, practical leadership style

  • CPA preferred but not required
