LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a privately held construction related firm to identify a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role will serve as the senior finance leader for a multi-entity operating environment and partner closely with ownership and executive leadership during a period of continued growth and maturation. This is a CFO opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys improving processes, leading by example, and building structure.
This role is open due to growth.
Responsibilities:
Provide financial leadership across accounting and finance functions
Oversee financial reporting, close, and internal controls
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Guide job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition processes
Partner with operations and leadership on financial insights
Drive process improvement and scalable financial practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
Prior leadership experience in a construction or project-based environment
Strong understanding of GAAP, WIP, and job costing concepts
Hands-on, practical leadership style
CPA preferred but not required

Pay Details: $175,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year
