Pay Rate: $18.00–$21.00 per hour
Job Summary
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to support a high‑volume customer service hotline for one of our energy‑sector clients. This contract role focuses on answering inbound calls, responding to email inquiries, researching customer records, and updating account information using internal systems. This position will provide coverage and additional support during a temporary leave.

This job is about helping clients by answering their phone calls and emails. You’ll look up their information on the computer and help update their details when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound client phone calls and respond to email inquiries
Research customer information using systems such as SAP PRA, Salesforce, and PLADS
Update and maintain accurate client records
Submit internal requests to update Tax ID and banking information
Log all client calls and email interactions in Salesforce
Assist internal teams with ad‑hoc administrative and customer support tasks
Provide backup support for additional customer service queues as needed
Skill Requirements
Must‑Have Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks assigned by multiple sources
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem‑solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP PRA and/or Salesforce
Previous customer service or call center experience
Experience supporting customer inquiries in a hotline or shared inbox environment
Skill Education:
SAP PRA (Production Revenue Accounting): A system used in the energy industry to manage revenue and royalty information
Salesforce: A CRM platform used to track and manage client interactions
PLADS: An internal data system used to research and manage client records
Excel: Used for tracking data, reviewing information, and supporting reporting needs
Working Conditions
Standard office environment
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (sitting or standing approximately 50% of the time)
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
