We are partnering with a well-established organization to identify a Collections Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in exceptional customer service.

 

This position plays a key role in managing past-due balances, resolving customer disputes, supporting order release decisions, and maintaining accurate financial records—while working closely with internal finance, sales, and customer-facing teams.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage a high volume of customer accounts, driving resolution of past-due balances through phone and email outreach

  • Apply established credit and collections policies to support order release and cash resolution decisions

  • Maintain accurate customer, contact, and account details

  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, customer disputes, and payment issues

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations teams to support customer satisfaction

  • Prepare and maintain reporting related to aging, collections activity, disputes, and cash application

  • Monitor customer terms, contracts, special agreements, and credit exposure

  • Assist with monthly statements, invoicing support, and departmental coverage as needed

  • Support training and onboarding of new team members and participate in ongoing financial services initiatives


What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years experience in collections

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Intermediate skills with computer systems

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage priorities independently while working collaboratively across teams

  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
