Collections Coordinator

We are partnering with a well-established organization to identify a Collections Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in exceptional customer service.
This position plays a key role in managing past-due balances, resolving customer disputes, supporting order release decisions, and maintaining accurate financial records—while working closely with internal finance, sales, and customer-facing teams.
What You’ll Do
Manage a high volume of customer accounts, driving resolution of past-due balances through phone and email outreach
Apply established credit and collections policies to support order release and cash resolution decisions
Maintain accurate customer, contact, and account details
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, customer disputes, and payment issues
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations teams to support customer satisfaction
Prepare and maintain reporting related to aging, collections activity, disputes, and cash application
Monitor customer terms, contracts, special agreements, and credit exposure
Assist with monthly statements, invoicing support, and departmental coverage as needed
Support training and onboarding of new team members and participate in ongoing financial services initiatives
What We’re Looking For
2 years experience in collections
High school diploma or equivalent required
Intermediate skills with computer systems
Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage priorities independently while working collaboratively across teams
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
