Job Title: Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Job Summary

Seeking an Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist with logistics experience to support billing, collections, and dispute resolution. This role partners closely with credit and billing teams to ensure timely payments and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Review open invoices to identify past-due balances and short payments

  • Investigate and resolve billing questions and disputes on a daily basis

  • Prepare and send weekly customer account statements and track follow-ups

  • Coordinate with management and credit teams regarding credit limit reviews

  • Establish and manage customer payment arrangements

  • Partner with billing to assist with rebills, corrections, and adjustments

  • Upload and maintain documentation across multiple third-party billing portals

  • Research discrepancies related to proof of delivery, bills of lading, and repair or service invoices

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of accounts receivable and collections experience within the logistics or transportation industry (required)

  • Experience with Great Plains or similar accounting systems

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills



Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
